Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up;
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure;
• The workspace owner invites team members and is responsible for their actions;
• You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business.

2. Free trial

Each new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with Pro plan features. When the trial ends, you need to choose a paid plan to keep using the Service; otherwise access to the workspace will be limited. We may change the trial terms with prior notice.

3. Plans and payments

Prices are in Uzbek so'm (UZS) and follow the current plans shown on the website and in the app. Payment is made in advance by invoice for a monthly or yearly period. Payment via Click and Payme will be added later.

• If payment is overdue, the workspace may be temporarily suspended;
• Payments for a paid period are non-refundable unless required otherwise by law;
• We announce price changes at least 14 days in advance; new prices apply from the next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and comply with the rules of connected platforms, including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, and the Telegram Bot API terms. You must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or circumvent messaging limits;
• Violate Instagram's 24-hour messaging window rules or mislead users;
• Engage in fraud or deception, or promote illegal goods or services;
• Collect or sell third parties' personal data without their consent;
• Attempt to break or bypass the Service's security, or access other customers' data;
• Use the AI to create abusive, discriminatory or unlawful content.

5. Your content and data

The content you add and your customers' data belong to you. You grant us the right to process them solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to collect and use your customers' data. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at marketpuls.uz/en/privacy.

6. AI replies

AI replies are generated automatically from your knowledge base and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for keeping the knowledge base accurate and for the information given to your customers. We recommend configuring hand-off to a manager for important questions.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services such as Instagram, Telegram and AI providers. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or API changes, which may affect some features.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data. In any case, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your workspace under Settings. If you breach these Terms, especially section 4, we may suspend or close your account with notice, or immediately in serious cases. How data is deleted is described at marketpuls.uz/en/data-deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Changes and contact
